How to create an Sales Receipt

  • Click on the right navigation All Sales.
  • Click on Add Sales Receipt.
  • Sales Receipt page will be opened.
  • Select the customer if you want to send the Sales Receipt by email write the email on the box and check the send email checkbox.
  • Select the Sales Receipt date.
  • Select the Payment Method you want to add for the receipt.
  • Enter the refrence no if any.
  • Select the deposit account where you want to deposit to.
  • Fill the credit note details enter the product/service and quantity.
  • Fill the notes if you have some.
  • Click on the Save button your credit note will be sent to customer and also saved.
